Panama may get mini nuclear reactor

A U.S. company has been licensed by scientists at Las Alamos to build mini nuclear power plants that can provide electricity for 10-20,000 homes. At $25 million each it comes to a bargain at $2500 a home and .10 a kWh. According to this article developers in panama have requested information on them.
